The best tools give you a chance to earn strategy.
I know that sounds a bit esoteric, but I really hope you can level with me in realizing starting and making a buck or two keeps you engaged. When you're engaged in the learning process, you start to understand your strategy in a way that provides value. This is why I preach the compass rather than a map strategy.
People need starting points – We need to know where to improve (with certainty) before we begin to try to figure out the “when” and “how”.
With that said you are only as good as your starting point. For me, mine was Greg Jefferies’ SEO Affiliate Domination. I didn’t even appreciate how solid of a course it really was until I had the chance to compare it to my next course in Wealthy Affiliate. Starting out can be intimidating to say the least, especially when you don't have the budget.
Although Wealthy Affiliate gives a solid view of what it means to make a quality site, they miss the ball completely when it comes to some of the less spoken about nuances of Affiliate Marketing. As a
I know that research and testing aren’t the sexy and “actionable” aspects of Affiliate Marketing, but just like in the investing and trading world it’s really where the magic happens. Beginning with a strategy in mind and then using understanding to enhance the approach. Or complete then tweak as a wise man (me) once said.
Imagine the advantage you may have over others that might understand how to create a solid blog but not quite how to pinpoint the bullseye?
In Wealthy Affiliate You Learn Process
There is no debating that Wealthy Affiliate is more sound fundamentally for the task of blogging. But, and it’s a Kim K sized but(t), you don’t get paid unless you’re writing about and reviewing the right products/services in the right niche. So research wins and further testing that research is what SEO AD is all about.
I'll give you an inside look at the technique that got me my first sale but you'll have to actually take the SEO AD course to get the true understanding.
In SEO Affiliate Domination You Learn A Skill
Being able to research and pick out the most appropriate keywords THEN test them is a valuable skill
Personally, I’d rather learn this than how to write compelling articles. Why? Because I can pay someone $100 to write an article or I can just sit down for a weekend or two and hammer them out. I'd rather not pay someone to do keyword research AND test that keyword thoroughly. Some skills are for you to master, others are for outsourcing.
This is where the rubber meets the road. Can you create something that is difficult to duplicate? This thinking is where this blog was born. I knew that being a beginner on a tight budget could mean you don't really have much of a chance compared to others that have the tools and coaching to succeed. With that in mind, I decided to make BHT the bridge between starting cheap $20/month and earning enough to reinvest in SEO AD. We all need an opportunity to launch properly, I'd like to show you what I did to get started and everything additionally as I seek to really maximize my potential as an affiliate over the next couple years.
I built an authority site within affiliate education niche that is cleaner, stylized, and more functional than the typical affiliate marketers “decent” looking and operating site?
If you want to consider joining me and a few other brave souls and build side-by-side. What do you really have to lose?
