So, I’ve been seeing people on blogs and forums asking “Can you make money with Wealthy Affiliate” the answer to this type of inquiry is always “It depends”. In Level 3 I’ve just came across a lesson that has us building relationships with different affiliate programs. As I mentioned in previous posts, Share-A-Sale was my first and favorite network (I’m bias though, that’s where I made my first commission.)
The real gold: interlink your content and send readers to one of a few pages that link to your offer.
I truly and honestly believe in Wealthy Affiliate's methods and vision toward teaching the basics in a very sound way.
Where the disconnect happens is within the idea of paying a monthly membership for a strategy that is notorious for taking 3-4 months.
And true to the demographic this seems to be aimed at (beginners/hobbyists) it's relatively cheap broken down in monthly terms but over the long-haul we have a system here that charges indefinitely for you to maintain access to the very site you're slaving away to create.
On top of that, the affiliate program they offer won't pay as well for those who don't have an active membership.
This is genius on their part, make no mistake.
But, this blog is about the affiliate, and you and I should know better than to go the cheap route when trying to gain real success.
